NEVER skip breakfast!!! It really is the most important meal of the day! I like to have a heavier breakfast so that I am more full for the rest of the day, I find I eat lighter for the rest of my meals too! You will use the carbs as energy for the rest of your day, and burn it off! I love eating granola & fruit with almond milk! Also... kick coffee in the butt, ESPECIALLY if you drink it with milk/cream and sugar!!! Drink green tea :) It helps your metabolism, AND has more caffeine than coffee! Start your day off right!
