The 10 rules

TEN rules for weight loss!

1. Drink 2-3 litres of water a day
2. Eat every 2.5-3 hours
3. Get off your bum and go to the gym, BE ACTIVE
4. NEVER skip breakfast
5. Sleep at least 6 hours a night MINIMUM 
6. LIFT weights
7. BuhBye alcohol 
8. Say NO to dressings and sauces
9. Cut out sugar!
10. Control your portions
